H2poker Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules to Play with Confidence

By accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by the h2poker — whether through the h2poker.best website, the Android or iOS app, or any other interface made available by the platform — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The h2poker reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. When this occurs, the updated date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the services after any published change constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if you have an available balance, request a withdrawal through the official h2poker.

To create an account at the h2poker and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age. h2poker strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure.
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms. Re-registering after an account closure for rule violations is prohibited.
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting and gambling activities by court order, applicable legislation, or any other legal requirement.
• Act solely on your own behalf, and not as a representative or intermediary for any third party.

Each user may hold only an active account at h2poker. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, the same email address or the same device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with possible forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

The h2poker is required by law to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals and at other times determined by the platform's internal policies. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) and is standard practice in the financial sector and regulated digital entertainment industry.

When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, Passport or RNE for resident foreigners).
• Proof of residence issued within the last three months (water, electricity, gas, landline phone bill, or bank statement showing your address).
• CPF — the same one registered on your h2poker account, which must match the Pix key used for withdrawals.
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested by the verification team.

The h2poker commits to processing submitted documents within 72 business hours. Withdrawals may be held during the verification process but will be released as soon as verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

The h2poker accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL) through the following payment methods available on the platform:

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in the name of the account holder at h2poker. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and may be returned, with any return processing costs deducted from the original amount.

The h2poker reserves the right to request additional confirmation of the source of funds for deposits above a certain amount, in compliance with Brazil's applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Withdrawals at h2poker are processed exclusively to the same account holder, through the available payment methods. The preferred and fastest method is Pix, with processing within 15 minutes of request approval.

To make a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have completed the account identity verification (KYC) process.
• Have a Pix key registered under the same CPF on file with your h2poker account.
• Have met the rollover requirement if there are any active bonuses on the account.
• Have real-money balance available — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be converted by meeting rollover requirements.

The h2poker does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any banking fees applied by the user's bank or financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by the security team before processing, especially for amounts above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction.

The h2poker offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, and users should read the conditions of each promotion before accepting it. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is available exclusively on the first deposit of new, verified accounts.
• The standard rollover requirement is 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bets on roulette, blackjack and baccarat generally contribute a reduced percentage toward the rollover compared to slots. Check the contribution table for each game on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. The countdown begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• h2poker reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abusive use, hedge betting, or any conduct that constitutes exploitation of the promotions system.
• Each user is entitled to a single account and therefore to one welcome bonus. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud.

The h2poker may modify, discontinue or create promotions at any time without prior notice. Promotions already active at the time of any change will be honored under the conditions in effect when accepted by the user.

Sports Betting at h2poker follow industry-standard rules, with some important specifics that users should be aware of:

A confirmed bet is binding — cancellations are not possible once the system confirms a bet, except where Cash Out is available and active for that specific bet. The h2poker reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors in odds publication, technical issues that compromise market integrity, or proven result manipulation.

Specific rules for the main markets:

• Final Result (1X2): Only the result at the end of regular time is considered, unless explicitly stated as "Including extra time/penalties".
• Total Goals: Goals scored during regular time. Goals in extra time do not count unless the market specifies otherwise.
• Top Scorer: If the selected player does not take the field, the bet is void and the stake is refunded. If the player takes the field but fails to score, the bet is lost.
• Live Betting: h2poker is not responsible for live bets placed during broadcast outages or data delays. Bets clearly benefiting from delayed information may be voided.
• Postponed/Abandoned Matches: Matches postponed to a date other than the original are voided and the wagered amount is refunded. Matches abandoned after kick-off follow the specific rules for each sport.

The casino games available at the h2poker — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, live casino, and more — are provided by licensed and certified third-party providers. Results are determined by Random Number Generation (RNG) systems certified by independent laboratories.

The h2poker has no control over casino game outcomes, which are mathematically random. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's own information section and represents long-term averages, not a guaranteed return per session.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — connection drop, server error or game software issue — the h2poker will adopt one of the following procedures: automatic round completion by the system where possible, or round cancellation with bet refund where a reliable result cannot be determined.

By using the h2poker, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct, under penalty of immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus rules or claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using automation software, bots or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or in any way interfere with the technical infrastructure of h2poker.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes.
• Placing covering bets — betting on both sides of the same event using different accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward customer support agents or other users in shared areas of the platform.

The h2poker may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Filing a chargeback request with your credit card provider or bank.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to provide identity verification documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (account not accessed for more than 12 consecutive months).
• Applicable judicial or regulatory order.

In cases of closure due to rule violations, the h2poker may retain the available account balance. In cases of closure due to inactivity or at the user's own request, the available real balance will be returned upon formal request to support.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at suporte@h2poker.best. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

The h2poker is committed to responsible gambling. We believe betting should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial, emotional, or family stress. That's why we offer tools you can activate and manage directly from your account:

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once activated, the limit can be lowered immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Bet limit: Set a cap on the amount wagered per round or per session.
• Session break: Activate a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During the break, account access for betting is blocked.
• Self-exclusion: Request a permanent block or a fixed-term block (6 months, 1 year, 2 years or permanent). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law, the h2poker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform's services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting — losing bets are an inherent part of the entertainment nature of the platform.
• Temporary service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials.
• Internet connection issues or device incompatibility on the user's end.

The h2poker commits to keeping its services continuously available, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

The h2poker may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified by registered email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the new conditions take effect, except where changes are required by law within a shorter timeframe.

The last updated date of this document is always displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continuing to use the services of h2poker after the effective date of the changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes not resolved through support channels will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Brazil.
